Columbus-based commercial real estate company Coldwell Banker Commercial Aspire Realty Services looking to grow strategically and has recently added Chad Hamrick, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Chad is an alumnus of Ohio State University. He began his career in real estate with R.J. Solove & Associates and most recently, leading real estate company CASTO as Leasing Director. As part of his designation, he was responsible for maximizing asset value through company-owned and third-party leasing and sales for a portfolio that includes over 90 million square feet.
